MEN'S MENTAL HEALTH

Men’s mental health and emotional wellbeing is often overlooked and has been referred to as a silent crisis within the broader context our society. Changes in the workplace, family, and personal life can be source(s) of emotional distress. Working with a male therapist can provide a sense of security from the onset of therapy as discussing issues of sex; sexuality, sexual orientation, sexual dysfunction, and gender identity are deeply intimate and personal issues. Men’s mental health and relational issues can be effectively explored in both individual and or couple’s/partner therapy.
